Caila from Caila Made shows how to make her Summer Whimsy skirt for little girls. It’s a gathered skirt with deep pockets from contrast fabric pieced into the sides. It’s certainly a pretty skirt for summertime, but it would also be cute to wear with a sweater and tights in winter. The donut fabric she used is sooo cute!
