Tutorial: Shirred sundress with pom pom fringe straps

In my studio I have a box full of vintage pom pom (dingleberry) fringe just waiting for a project.  So I was excited when I saw this tutorial at Prudent Baby for a shirred sundress with – get this – pom pom fringe for the straps.  Be still my heart!!  Go to the tutorial.

    Love this dress. Making one last night and looking on how to attach pom pom at bottom found your site, but now I am going to do the straps like that too! It will be super cute for my 2 year old!!!
