Cool idea: Use markers to add shading to felt food

Laura Bray from katydiddy shares an easy tip for making felt food look more realistic.  She used a marker to add shading to her felt waffles.  The grid stitching alone doesn’t give enough sense of depth for the squares in the waffles.  A few swipes with the marker and she’s got a felt waffle that actually looks like a felt waffle.  Read more at Laura Bray’s blog.
