Samantha Walker shares a free pattern over at Riley Blake Designs’ Cutting Corners College for making a cowboy boot pincushion. The bandana print from her Saddle Up line is just the fabric to use with this! (Of course, I’m also looking at the miniature bandana panels and imagining all kinds of fun projects for my daughter’s American Girl dolls.) Go to the free pattern.

I love this cowboy boot pincushion but i could not download the PDF is there another way to get the tutorial
I was able to download the file without difficulty, but I do see that there are comments on the site from other people who couldn’t access the pattern. Perhaps there was a technical glitch that has now been fixed? –Anne
