Free pattern: Take Flight Knapsack for kidsKate from See Kate Sew shares a free pattern at Birch Fabrics for making a her kid-sized backpack she calls the Take Flight Knapsack.  The most striking feature of this little backpack are the triangle flaps that wrap from the body of the bag and Velcro down on to the main flap.  Twill tape ties at the bottom of the main flap gives it a secure close.  She makes it in a soft knit fabric.  There Go to Birch Fabrics to download her free pattern.
