Threads Magazine calls them fluid fabrics. I always called them crawly or drapey fabrics. You know, the fabrics that make beautiful, fluid gargments but are difficult to sew because they crawl all over the place, often not holding a pressed hem. Luckily, Threads has posted some tips for sewing on these difficult fabrics.
