In preparation for their upcoming airplane trip, Jeanine from Serving Pink Lemonade made this awesome tray cover for her son.  This fabric cover turns the drop-down airplane tray into a quiet activity center with pockets, a zipper, a car track, and more.  This is such a brilliant idea!!  Go to her tutorial.
