Tutorial: Circle bustle pouf skirt for little girls

Creative Mama from Adithis Amma Sews shows how she made a beautiful circle bustle skirt for her daughter.  An over layer of sheer fabric is gathered onto a shiny lining with a ruffle around the hem to create a pretty, girly pouf.  The tutorial is part of her Sew Skirt September series.  Get the tute.  (The tutorial is at the bottom of the post, underneath the Creative Bloggers’ link party.)
