PC from MeiJo’s JOY shows how to make a cloud and raindrop bookmark out of scrap felt. How cute is that!! A cloud is stitched to one end of a ribbon, and a happy raindrop to the other. It was a fun rainy day project at her house. She used scraps of t-shirt fabric, but you could also use felt. Get the tute.
