Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous shows how to make a simple color blocked skirt.  It’s an easy skirt to make, requiring only a handful of straight seams.  And it’s made from double layers of fabric so you don’t have to worry about it being see-through when you step out into the sunlight.     Get the  how-to.
