Tutorial: DIY fabric lacing cardsJessica from Cutesy Crafts shows how you can make a set of fabric lacing cards. They’re a great quiet toy for a young child and would make a nice addition to a busy bag.  They’re made from two layers of fabric, with heavy stabilizer between to give them body.  The lacing holes are reinforced with grommets.  You can make them with any simple shapes.  For an older child, you could make shapes that layer, using lacing holes to stitch them together.  Go to Cutesy Crafts for the tutorial showing how to make them.
