Tutorial: Drape Wrap Skirt

Adey from The Sew Convert shows how to make a drapey wrap skirt.  This is such a pretty skirt!  The edge of the wrap is hangs beautifully and is edged with a contrast binding to show off the flounce. Get the tutorial.
