Tutorial: Easy tulle tutu

tutuTea Rose Home shows how to make this easy tulle tutu.  She used rolls of tulle from the wedding section of the craft store, and says it took about 30 minutes to make.  Think about all the Halloween costumes you could make using this tutu – a fairy, a ballerina, a butterfly, even a witch (with black tulle)!  Go to the tutorial.
