Tutorial: Ella dress with ruffled neckline and sash

Susan from Living with Punks made this pretty dress for her daughter, and shares the pattern on her blog.  This is such a pretty dress!  A ruffle accents the neckline, while a sash ties around the gathered waist.  The pattern is for a size 2T-3T, but since this is a sleeveless dress it should be fairly easy to adjust a bit larger or smaller.  (Use a well fitting garment from your child’s closet as your guide.)  Go to the free pattern and tutorial.
