Jess from Peanut to Princess shows how to make a cute 4th of July themed top for girls.  She calls it the Festive Fireworks top.  The sleeveless swing top is open in the back (with ruffles at the edges, of course) and uses red, white, and blue ribbon to make a fun firework-inspired neck embellishment and side pocket.
