Tutorial: Fringed fleece neck scarf for a dog

PharMa shows how she made a fleece neck scarf for her little doggie.  This is so cute!!  It looks just a scarf that you or I would wear, but it’s sized to fit around a dog’s neck.  It’s even fringed at one end and embellished with a bit of pretty ribbon.  One end of the scarf is fed through a loop on the other end of the scarf, keeping the scarf in place without being tied tight around your little doggie’s neck.  Get the tute.
