Anna from Yards & Yards shows how to make this adjustable apron.  The loop that goes around the neck and the side ties are actually the same piece of fabric run through some casings.  Not only does it give the apron an adjustable neck strap, but it also means that you only have to tie one set of straps when you put it on.  Brilliant!!   Want to make one?  Go to the tutorial.
