Tutorial: Gathered bag with jumbo grommets

Needing a new purse for spring?  Carissa from Bumblebee Bliss shows how to make her Gathered Bag.  The straps are made from a durable webbing  covered with a strip of ruffled fabric and attached to the bag with jumbo grommets.  LOVE!!  Get the tute.
