Chris from Pickup Some Creativity shares a two-part tutorial on her blog showing how to make a girl’s Banded Peasant Blouse.  This is such a pretty top!  And made from a woven cotton, it’s lightweight and breathable for summer.It takes just a yard of fabric for a size 8-10, or less if you’re making a smaller sized top.  Go to Part 1 of the tutorial.
