Tutorial: Girl’s twirly skirt with ruffled lining

sydneyskirtMelissa Mortenson from The Polka Dot Chair shares a tutorial for this lovely little girl’s twirly skirt.  She calls it Sydney’s Skirt, and the styling is boutique-worthy.  It features a lining edged with a ruffle that peeks out the bottom of the overskirt.  I love how she used ric-rac to edge the overskirt in one of her examples!  Go to the tutorial.
