Natasha from Little Pink Monster shows how to make a little girl’s circle skirt, inspired by a similar skirt from American Apparel.  It’s made from a stretchy knit fabric and has a foldover yoga style waistband.  It’s sooo cute paired with a little t-shirt!  Get the tutorial.
