Lelanie from To Sew With Love shows how to make a little girl’s jumper dress with spaghetti straps.  This is such a cute dress!!  And versatile, too.  It can be worn in colder months over  a t-shirt and leggings, or on its own in the warmer months as a sundress.  The tutorial has dimensions for making a dress sized 2-3%, but you could adjust for an older or younger child.  Get the how-to.
