Tutorial: Little girl’s skirt from a dish towel

Grace Violet shows how to make a little girl’s skirt from a dish towel.  I especially like how she used the ruffle detail on the dish towel as a bottom ruffle for the skirt.  Get the tutorial, and then go raid your kitchen for skirt fabric.
