Tutorial: Luggage tag embellishment for a backpack

Tales of a Trophy Wife shows how she created a luggage tag embellishment to add to her daughter’s backpack.  She found the backpack at a greatly discounted price, but it had been monogrammed with another person’s initials.  The strategically placed tag covers up the remnants of a monogram.  Brilliant!!  Get the tutorial.
