Tutorial: Make a fairy tutu, no sewing required

Bird from Bird Crafts shows how to make this no-sew fairy tutu.  It’s easy, it’s cute, and you can make these out of any color of tulle.   I love the hot pink that she used in her example!!  I made a similar tutu for my daughter as part of her kitty costume for Halloween last year, and I completed the entire thing while sitting on the couch and watching TV.  You can’t get easier than that!  Get  the how-to.
