Portia from Makery shows how she created a sewing patter from this thrifted top. She liked the shape of the top but it was not a color that she liked, and it was too big for her. She bought the shirt and cut it apart so she could make a pattern from it and make all the tops she wants – in a size that fits and from fabric she likes. She shares a tutorial showing how she cut it apart it and traced it to get an accurate pattern. (A tutorial for grading it to the right size is on the way.)
