Debbie from Squiggly Twigs Designs has a brilliant solution to the ever-agonizing and always-stressful bathing suit search. This year, the “perfect” suit wasn’t actually a bathing suit at all, but a mini-dress that happened to be made from a polyester/spandex blend. By adding weights to the bottom of the dress, she was able to turn it into a swim dress. Find out how she did it at Squiggly Twigs Designs.
