Jenni from Family, Faith, & Crafting shows how she made a cute new hoodie tunic for her little girl using a sweatshirt from her own closet. She keeps the original hem and the neck and shoulders (and hood), so it’s just a matter of recutting the arms and side seams. She also added a few ruffles for some interest.
