Jessica from Sew Homegrown shows how to make a dress-up mermaid tail for little girls.  It’s made as a wrap skirt, which gives some flexibility in fit as your child grows.  It’s shiny and sparkly just like a “real” mermaid tail would be.  Get the tutorial.
