Jessica from Me Sew Crazy shares a downloadable tutorial for making her Pipe Dreams dress.  Gorgeous!  The front pleated panel and large pockets are edged with contrast piping.  Your little girl can wear it this summer as a sleeveless dress, and then in the colder weather you can layer it over a long-sleeved tee and leggings.  The tutorial includes a pattern for a child size 5.   You could adjust up or down as needed, using a pattern that fits your child as a guide.  Get the tutorial.
