Tutorial: Refashioned t-shirt dress with skirt and strap variations

Katja from Of Dreams and Seams made a cool new dress for herself out of refashioned t-shirt scraps and some yardage.  She shares a tutorial showing how to make one.  She includes two variations for the straps – the wide straps you see here, or straps that tie around the neck as  a halter.  She also includes two variations for the skirt – a traditional skirt and one that is open at the side seams.  Both versions include a short underskirt to keep things modest.  Go to her tutorial.
