Sibylle from Fun.Ky.Time shows how she created this awesome ruffled bag out of an inexpensive canvas apron.  She added in some of her own fabric for the ruffles and handle, plus som vintage ric rac and trim.  The result is a fabulous purse with vintage-inspired ruffles on one side and pockets on the other.  The cream and white color palette is so elegant!  And I’m sooo loving that pleated handle!  Total cost for the new bag was less than $10.
