LiEr from ikat bag continues her Winter Dress series on her blog with a tutorial and free pattern for making this pleated pinafore. What I love about a pinafore like this is that it’s an all-season dress. Wear it layered over a shirt and leggings in the colder months, and by itself as a sundress in the warmer months.
