One of my least favorite (and most stressful for me) sewing tasks is sewing down buttons. When I sew them by hand, they always seem to shift and end up slightly awry. When possible, I prefer to sew them down by machine. It’s quick andsimple to do, and the buttons end up exactly where I want them to be.
