Tutorial: Sleeveless empire waist top from a plain tee

Stefi from Just Chic shares a tutorial on her  blog showing how she turned a plain boxy t-shirt into a more flattering sleeveless empire waist tee.  A bit of embellishment adds interest to the neckline.  Get the how-to.
