What started out as a frumpy dumpy denim dress became this cute little dress after The Renegade Seamstress did a litle refashioning on it.  She shortened the bodice to hit at her waist, shortened the skirt, and added a flounce to the neck.  She shares a tutorial showing how she did it.  Get the how-to.
