Tutorial: Toddler tote bag with whale motif

Ashley from Cherished Bliss shows how to make a small tote for a toddler to carry. The bag is cute enough on its own, but the whale and waves design that she added is super cute.  She waves are actually strips of jumbo ric rac.  The whale is stenciled using a die cut image, but if you don’t have the die, you could also draw one freehand or use a clipart image as a template.  Get the how-to.
