Just when I think it’s safe to declutter my studio, along comes a project like this one scrap ribbon belt by Ashley of Little Blue Boo.  It’s like candy!!!  It’s made from small strips of ribbon that are woven together.  Now I’ll be hoarding my little bits of ribbon that used to go into the trash at the end of a project!  Get the tutorial.
