Tutorial: Zippered pencil pouch on an elastic book wrap

Saltymom shows how you can make this zippered pencil pouch on an elastic band you can wrap around a journal. The pouch is unlined so it’s super simple to make. The wide elastic is the same kind you’d use for a wide waistband, and you won’t need very much of it so you may have what you need in a scrap left over from making a skirt.
