Lookie! More dollies have arrived on my doorstep! This group of TEN dollies was donated by Tere from The Quilted Pug. TEN DOLLIES, people! She used machine embroidery to stitch all of the faces. Brilliant idea!! And I love love love all of the happy rainbow colors in the hair and the outfits. The dots and stripes and graphic prints are perfect! The colorful dolls will bring joy to the children who receive them.
Check out more photos of her dollies at her blog. She shares photos of the process and the finished dollies. She also gives some great tips for making and stuffing these soft dolls.
These dollies will go to children living in the Hope Village orphanage in Haiti. Want to make some of your own dollies to donate? There’s still time! Read more about the dolly drive.
