There are several methods for sewing stretch seams on a regular sewing machine. Liz from Sew4bub recently heard about using stretch thread or Wooly Nylon to help sew a seam that will stretch. She put it to the test, experimenting with Wooly Nylon in the bobbin and a walking foot, double needle, and standard single needle for the top thread to see which combination worked best.
