As a sewer, it’s easy for my sewing space to become cluttered and disorganized, especially after the holidays. January is the perfect time for me to get things back in order and ready for some serious sewing again. However, organization supplies can be quite expensive. That’s why I’m excited to share these 7 thrifty sewing organization hacks from Kim at My Go-Go Life.
These hacks are not only inexpensive but also cute and stylish. They include using a tension rod and shower curtain rings to organize your thread, using a dish rack to hold your spools of thread, and using a hanging shoe organizer to store your small sewing supplies. Another great hack is to use a wine rack to hold your fabric scraps, this allows you to easily sort and access your scraps.
One of my favourite hack from her list is to use a pegboard to organize your tools and supplies, this is a great way to see everything at a glance and make it easy to grab what you need when you need it. Another hack is to use clear storage containers to organize your supplies and make it easy to see what you have at a glance.
These 7 thrifty sewing organization hacks from Kim at My Go-Go Life are a great way to get your sewing space back in order without breaking the bank. They are not only inexpensive but also cute and stylish. They are easy to implement and will help you stay organized and productive in your sewing space.
