When I sew clothes for my daughter, I make sure to get good photos of her wearing her new duds. But when I make clothes for myself, not so much. I’ve tried having my husband snap the photos, but he has a unique ability to preserve the most awkward, unflattering images of me. And when I hand the camera to my 9-year-old, well, she just pretends she’s a fashion photographer and clicks away indiscriminately. Jess from The Sewing Rabbit has some advice for me, and anyone else who struggles to get good photos of themselves wearing their handmade garments. Go to her blog post to see what she has to say.
