Can 1 million pillowcases change the world?

The folks at All People Quilt think so. And I think they’re on to something. According to APQ, “A pillowcase can provide comfort for a cancer patient, hope for a foster child, encouragement for a battered woman, or beauty for a nursing home resident.” And so APQ has issued the 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge. As of March 10 at 6:15 pm CST, 34, 556 pillowcases have been donated to charities. Go to the 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge website to find out how to participate.
