Feathered Owl Halloween Costume Free Sewing Pattern

Sew an adorable feathered owl costume for kids for Halloween! Heather Handmade has a free sewing pattern you can use. The costume is made as a cloak with fur trim sewn on to create the owl’s feathers. Creating the costume as a cloak is a great idea because it allows for wide flexibility in sizing. It also allows you to layer it over any weight of clothes from t-shirt to sweatshirt, so it’ll be comfortable no matter what temperature Halloween turns out to be.
