Bibs are one of my go-to presents for new parents. They’re quick and easy to sew up, and can be made cute out of fun prints or appliques. Small Dreamfactory shares a free pattern for making a baby bib. Her pattern uses two pieces of fabric 4×8 inches, plus some Velcro for an easy closure. Go there to get the pattern and tutorial.
