Remona from The Stitching Scientist shares a free pattern for her Brooklyn Empire Dress for little girls. It’s a pretty fall dress, with an empire waist bodice that buttons down the front. The 3/4 sleeves are perfect for fall, when the weather is cool enough to need something on your arms but long sleeves are not yet necessary. It can be worn on its own, or layered over a pair of leggings. Her free pattern comes in sizes 2T to 5T. The dress can be made from knits or woven fabrics, whichever suits your fancy.
