LiEr fromikat bag shares a free pattern over at Sew, Mama, Sew! showing how tom ake her Cloverleaf Bag. It’s a bucket style bag with straps that loop through each other to close up the top. If you look closely at the photo above, you can see that one strap is longer than the other. The long strap loops through the shorter one, creating a handle for you to carry the bag. Oh, and because it’s fully lined, it’s also reversible! Go to Sew, Mama, Sew! to find her pattern and tutorial.

Huh, this looks an awful lot like the Japanese Knot Bag that was shared by littlegemsessions on WordPress, at http://showyourworkings.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/knotbaginstructions1.pdf . This is from back in 2008.
