Autie from iCandy Handmade Her free pattern makes a little girls size 5/6 shirt. It’s a basic short sleeve t-shirt with a hem band to finish off the bottom edge. She calls it the Dachshund Tee, named after the cute dachshund fabric she used to make it. If you need a different size, you could probably adjust the pattern up or down a size or two fairly easily.
