This girls boxy top has an interesting button tab detail at the shoulders. Jess from The Sewing Rabbit shares a free pattern for making it. The fit is loose, just what you need for casual spring and summer outfits. Her free pattern fits girls size 7/8, but if you need another size you could probably adjust it up or down fairly easily.
